Getting good at using Emotional Tapping can help you have more fun, enjoy life more and increase your business success. Emotional Freedom Tapping is an amazing tool with the ability to clear even life-long triggers and restrictions.

Similar to what it takes to learn anything new, it takes some study and some practice.

1.  Argue with Yourself

Make your tapping fun – argue!  While tapping, give say why you need to stay stuck and why you need to change.  Say the logical and emotional reasons you should do that thing and the reasons you should;t.  The reasons you hate it and the reasons you love it.

This tapping technique lets two voices inside you speak.  Inner resistance often just melts away.  This can make the best decision obvious.  Clarity can arise where all you felt was confusion before.

2.  Tap, Don’t Talk

Tapping the meridian points helps energize the body, calm emotions and balance thoughts. Also, since your unconscious programs are always running, tapping without talking helps clear them too. 

Whenever you have the thought, just tap.  No set-up needed, no words needed, just tapping.  How could there be a more pain-free way to help clear your issues?

3.  Refuse!

Inside all of us is a two-year-old who never grew up.  Give her a chance to speak!  He has something to say!  Do EFT tapping and refuse to change. 

Say things like this:  I won’t change.  You won’t make me.  I won’t do it.  I don’t have to do it.  Who do you think you are, anyway?  It’s not gonna happen.  Don’t try to tell me what to do.

Try tapping and refusing.  You might be amazed at how much better you feel.

4.  Appreciation Tapping

Appreciation tapping can improve your vibe, help the law of attraction work more in your favor and make your life happier.  You can tap on all the things you appreciate in your life, the world, your home, your work, the people in your life.  It’s the improvement in your vibe that matters, not the object of your appreciation.

5.  Tap a Better Future

You can influence your future by imagining things you would like to happen.  Do this by starting tapping phrases with “I’m looking forward to…”  Finish that statement by saying first things that are about to happen, then things you expect will happen and finally by things you’d feel great if they did happen. 

Do this tapping technique a lot and it will help you generally experience more joy, have a more positive vibe which will improve your law of attraction and increase abundance in every area of your life.

Improve Your Singing with Healthy Speech

Your singing voice is affected by your speaking voice By taking good care of your voice when speaking, you are improving your vocal health. You can improve your speaking habits by: Talk at full volume when you want to be heard, but don’t scream. If you tend to speak loudly all the time, turn down the volume. Speak with no tension, for example in the tongue or jaw – pay attention to articulation to prevent tension. When talking on the telephone, apply your knowledge of breathing. Don’t talk so long that your voice hurts from lack of breath support.

Maintain a Healthy Weight

Though it may not be your personal issue, a body that is too lean may have trouble finding the stamina to sing and sustain the higher pitches. Make sure you’re nourishing your body on a regular basis for stamina. There are singers that don’t eat until late in the day, but the body needs nourishment to get started. Try to find a routine that enables you to get food in your body early in the day, so you aren’t snacking well into the night when your body finally feels hungry.

Keep Yourself Properly Hydrated

The human body is composed of 50% to 60% water. The lungs need water to keep tissues moving easily. Muscle tissue contains up to 75% water. This means that your singing voice works better when your body is hydrated properly.

Many people don’t drink enough water because the taste is boring to them. However, other liquids can help you balance your hydration levels as long as you remember that sugar content in drinks won’t you’re your waistline and caffeine in beverages can dry you out. Caffeine is a diuretic and causes your body to get rid of excess water which means you can’t rely on that cup of coffee to keep your voice in good shape.

Get Plenty of Sleep

Not getting enough sleep doesn’t give the tissue in your throat enough time to heal. If you continually deprive yourself of sleep, you voice begins to feel sluggish. You need to allow yourself to regenerate and recoup during the night. Allow yourself to sleep more for a few nights in a row and see the difference it can make in your singing.

Be Sure You’re Well Nourished

You should always eat a balanced diet. Adhering to the guidelines of basic nutrition means your getting the right amounts of whole grains, fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and meats. Within this balanced diet you find proper amounts of protein, carbohydrates and fats. Because singing often requires extra energy, you may want to add some extra protein to your diet to enhance your ability to last through long rehearsals.

Prevention of Sore Throat or Infection

Keeping a few basic remedies on hand can make a huge difference for the times you feel a bit of a tickly coming on. One item to keep on hand is a bottle of saline nasal spray which is a solution of water and salt. When you spray the solution up your nose you effectively wash away germs that may be waiting around, ready to attack your immune system.

You can also gargle with warm salt water. Adding a few teaspoons of salt to a half cup of warm water and then gargling helps wash away any germs that can lodge in the back of your mouth. Simply mix about a half cup of warm water with a few teaspoons of salt and gargle, washing away germs that are lodged in the back of your mouth. People that get frequent infections around their tonsils find that saltwater is a good friend. When you swish the saltwater around in your mouth, you can stop any painful canker sores in their tracks.
